Chadbourne Represents ArvinMeritor, Inc. in a Registered Public Offering and in a Tender Offer of Notes

Chadbourne & Parke LLP recently represented ArvinMeritor, Inc. in its registered public offering of 19,952,500 shares of its common stock and its registered public offering of $250 million aggregate principal of its 10.625% Notes due 2018, which equity and debt offerings closed on March 3, 2010. In addition, Chadbourne is also representing ArvinMeritor in its pending tender offer for $175 million aggregate principal amount of its 8-3/4% Notes due 2012, which tender offer is anticipated to close on March 23, 2010.
