Chadbourne & Parke Handles Term Loan from Bank Lenders to Elementia, S.A.

Chadbourne & Parke represented the Administrative Agent in connection with Mexican building and infrastructure products manufacturer Elementia, S.A. closing of an unsecured $450million, five-year term loan.

Banco Nacional de Mexico, S.A., Integrante del Grupo Financiero Banamex acted as the Administrative Agent. The loan was funded in both U.S. dollars and Mexican pesos and the facility is guaranteed by certain subsidiaries of the borrower.

The proceeds of the loans will be used to repay indebtedness as well as for working capital.  The Chadbourne team on the deal included Marc Rossell, Scott Berson, Ted Markson, Joe Giannini and Soo-ah Nah.
