Several Project Companies

Chadbourne represented several project companies in a number of international arbitrations under the UNCITRAL Rules in Indonesia involving breach of contract and termination claims brought by two project companies; we also assisted the companies in collecting $290 million in political risk insurance based on the awards obtained in those arbitrations.
