Breach of Contract Arbitration

Chadbourne successfully defeated in its entirety a $34 million breach of contract and fraud action brought by an Asian licensee against ORBCOMM LLC, the owner of a low earth orbit satellite system, in an arbitration before the AAA's International Center for Dispute Resolution. The arbitrators also awarded our client attorney's fees and administrative expenses.
