Asset Securitization of Bank

IFC and EBRD

Chadbourne acted for the International Finance Corporation (IFC) and European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) as purchasers of mezzanine debt in connection with securitization of assets (consumer loans) of Russian Standard Bank. IFC and EBRD purchased €70 million notes. The aggregate amount of the notes was €300 million.
