Chadbourne advised Alfa Capital Partners in the acquisition of a 50% stake in a holding company owning more than 20 premium health clubs in Russia, including preparation and negotiation of a shareholders agreement and comprehensive due diligence on all of the health clubs. The holding company is a leading Moscow-based chain of upscale fitness clubs, operating 11 clubs in Moscow and the surrounding area and 10 clubs in the regions and the CIS.
