Igor Muszyński and Karol Lasocki spoke at the yearly conference organized by the Polish Wind Energy Association which took place on April 21-22 in Ożarów Mazowiecki, Poland. Nearly 700 industry representatives participated in the event. Igor Muszyński spoke on interconnection problems and proposed changes in the energy law. Karol Lasocki's presentation titled "Wind Energy Market in Poland," regarded off-shore wind farm development.
