Chadbourne Private Equity Transactional Partner, Jonathan M.A. Melmed, moderated the panel discussion "Private Equity General Counsel Roundtable.”

The conference took place on Wednesday, November 11, 2009 between 7:30 am - 6:20 pm and addressed a number of topics including: trends in mergers and acquisitions, private equity opportunities in emerging markets, management of portfolio companies in a tough economy, challenges for the LP/GP relationship and post-merger integration challenges.
